A.Feeding and Collecting Part
1. The extra lead edge feeder can do thick corrugated board.
2. At the middle of head install the monitor ,worker can easily see the back.
3. Pre-paper pile design and special pneumatic bench can save much time.
4. The non-stop sampling system can check the board accurate without stop the machine.
B. Positioning Part
1. Additional brush wheels and pressing wheels for thin paper and corrugated board running.
2. Advance push and pull lay of registration can assure the die cutting precision.
3. Rikko light front lay detection system prevent the slanting paper move in main body.
C. Main body
1. Adopt automatic centralized lubricating system and setting main chain lubricating system by HMI.
2. Patented design shock absorption system can prolong the life of main body and increase the pressure.
3. The intermittent gearbox made in Taiwan can assure the accurate registration and decrease the gripper attack.
D.Die-cutting part and Delivery system
1. Diecutting chase fixed accurately by pneumatic lock system.
2. Diecutting plate is putted in and out by air floating device.
3. Electric clutch system of main chain can assure the chain steady when it is stopped at high speed.
4. Main chain and assist chain is lubricated periodically controlled by PLC.
5. Protection window of diecutting can hold the main body clean.
6. Lightweight and durable aluminum alloy gripper bars with chain of Renold UK or IWIS GERMANY ensure accurate.
E. Paper collecting part
1. Back aligning paper, side aligning paper to ensure the automatic paper feeding orderly, the structure of paper collecting machine is simple, quick operation. Back aligning paper adjusted by electric, three times faster than the manual operating, the operation is simple and convenient.The operator can monitor the back aligning paper in front of machine.Back aligning paper equips with double detection switch to monitor paper in order. It can also take samples when machine running.It will alarm automatically when paper collecting reach the order to remind the operator replace the paper collecting platform.
2. Quantitative paper: Can set the arbitrary value from 10 to 9999, it will off automatically when the paper reaches the set value.
